We've settled in here in VA, enjoying fixing up the new home, and we are both delighted with Richmond.
We were saying the other day that the easiest part of a rugged few months was selling our house on Racine CT. Thanks to your expertise we got a price that actually more than we had expected (I never thought the value of our house would ever exceed $400k) and in a very short time. We have some friends who just moved to Charlottesville from Reston. Their house in Reston, VA has been on the market for weeks without much interest from buyers. Who know, perhaps they've priced it wrong, or the market is much worse, or something else- but we think you helped us head off a similar situation (after all, there were houses like ours that just sat there on the market while ours was snapped up quickly).
Anyway, I just thought you would like to know how glad we are that we got the right person to sell our hoese in Montgomery Village. Thanks again.
